गोपनीयता / Privacy

खाता चलाउन email, profile, पसल र सामानको विवरण सुरक्षित राखिन्छ। अर्डरको नाम, फोन र ठेगाना सम्बन्धित buyer, seller र अधिकृत admin लाई मात्र देखाइन्छ। सामान र पसलका प्रकाशित फोटो/विवरण सार्वजनिक हुन्छन्। / Account email, profile, shop and listing information are stored to provide the service. Order addresses and phone numbers are restricted to the buyer, seller and authorized administrators. Published shop and product information is public.

Login र language preference browser मा सुरक्षित हुन्छ। Backend Supabase मा राखिन्छ। खाता मेटाउने अनुरोध Account → Support बाट पठाउन सकिन्छ; admin ले आवश्यक अभिलेख र अनुरोध समीक्षा गर्छ। / Login and language preferences are stored in your browser. Backend records are held in Supabase. Request account deletion through Account → Support for administrative review.

प्रयोगका सर्त / Terms

विक्रेताले सही विवरण, आफूसँग भएको stock, बिक्री अधिकार र वास्तविक मूल्य राख्नुपर्छ। निषेधित, अवैध वा अरूको अधिकार उल्लङ्घन गर्ने listing राख्न मिल्दैन। शङ्कास्पद सामान Product → Report बाट रिपोर्ट गर्नुहोस्। / Sellers must provide accurate descriptions, available stock and genuine pricing, and have the right to sell the item. Illegal or rights-infringing listings are not allowed. Report suspicious listings from the product page.

Checkout भएका सामानमा हाल COD मात्र छ। Contact-seller listing को सम्झौता buyer र seller बीच हुन्छ। Online payment र internet call उपलब्ध नभएसम्म enabled भनिँदैन। / Checkout currently uses cash on delivery. Buyers and sellers arrange classified transactions directly. Online payment and internet calling remain unavailable until configured.

Delivery र फिर्ता / Delivery & returns

सामानको पेजमा delivery शुल्क र विक्रेताको फिर्ता सर्त पढ्नुहोस्। Checkout अघि पूरा रकम देखिन्छ। एउटै seller का सामानमा सबैभन्दा ठूलो configured delivery शुल्क लागू हुन्छ; छुट्टाछुट्टै seller का लागि अलग अर्डर गर्नुपर्छ। / Read the product delivery charge and seller's return conditions before ordering. The full payable amount is shown at checkout. One order supports one seller, using that seller's highest item delivery charge.

समस्या भए Account → Support बाट अर्डर नम्बर र विवरणसहित फिर्ता/उजुरी अनुरोध गर्नुहोस्। हाल अनुरोध admin ले manually समीक्षा गर्छ; automatic refund छैन। / Submit a return or complaint through Account → Support with the order reference and issue details. Requests are reviewed manually; automatic refunds are not implemented.
